These easy no-bake peanut butter protein balls are a simple and tasty snack that toddlers, postpartum mothers, and everyone can enjoy. High in protein, fiber, and healthy fats, this easy snack will help you reach your nutrient goals. A snack so tasty, your kiddos won’t even know it’s good for them!

This snack is a favorite in my family. One that is requested frequently. I don’t mind this because it is so easy to make with just 4-5 ingredients. It takes little to no time and the results are delicious and nutritious. My toddler especially loves these, so I am happy to make them for him.
Additionally, these tasty treats are beloved by postpartum mamas as well! I ate many in my last few months of pregnancy, in the delivery room, and after having my son. My sister-in-law loves them so much that she has requested that I mail her some after that birth of her second child! The protein, fiber, and healthy fats in this snack are just what a postpartum mama needs.

- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- chocolate chips to taste
- 1-2 tbsp of desired protein powder (optional)
Instructions for the Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a spoon.
- Shape the mixture into balls by rolling them in your hands (this part will get messy). You could also use a spoon or ice cream scoop, depending on what size you wants the protein balls to be.
- That’s it! Enjoy the peanut butter protein balls at room temperature or chilled in the refrigerator. They are best left in the refrigerator for long-term storage.

Notes
- Any type of nut butter can be substituted instead of peanut butter.
- Chocolate or peanut butter flavored protein powder would be good options if you are looking to add more protein to the recipe.
- Be sure to take off any rings on your hand before rolling the mixture into balls because it is quite a messy and sticky process.
- I prefer the protein balls chilled in the refrigerator. They keep their form best this way. Additionally, avoid putting the protein balls in direct sunlight because they can melt.
- All of the measurements for the peanut butter protein balls are really loose. If you prefer more or less of a certain ingredient, then go for it!
